The Studio operates at two locations: Varna and Sunny Beach (Flower Street).
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the website, submitting an enquiry, or requesting an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. Services
Subject to availability, scheduling, and seasonal operation, the Studio offers the following services:
- Black and grey and colour tattoos;
- Tattoo cover-ups and corrections;
- Piercing services;
- Consultations and custom tattoo design.

4. Appointments and Deposit Policy
Appointments can be booked through the contact channels listed on the website, including telephone, the contact form, and the Studio’s social media profiles.
A deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure the appointment. The deposit amount, payment deadline, and available payment methods will be communicated to the client in advance.
All deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels the appointment for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
By booking an appointment and paying the required deposit, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Deposit Policy.
Clients who wish to modify or reschedule an appointment must contact the Studio as soon as possible. All requested changes are subject to availability and may be accepted or refused at the Studio’s sole discretion.
If the client wishes to change the agreed tattoo design, the new tattoo must be of equal or greater value than the original booking price, as the reserved appointment and session duration are based on the previously agreed design and price.
In the event of late cancellation, failure to attend, or failure to provide sufficient notice, the deposit will be retained by the Studio unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
If the client is significantly late, the Studio reserves the right to shorten the session, reschedule the appointment, or cancel it. In such cases, the deposit may be retained.
5. Age Restrictions
Services are provided to persons aged 18 or over.
Services for minors may only be provided in accordance with applicable law and the Studio’s internal policies, including, where required, the presence of a parent or legal guardian and the provision of written consent.
The Studio reserves the right to request valid identification confirming the client’s age.
6. Health Information and Contraindications
The client must inform the Studio in advance of any relevant health conditions or circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Allergies;
- Skin conditions;
- Chronic illnesses;
- Medication use;
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding;
- Blood clotting conditions;
- Infectious diseases;
- Any other condition that may affect the safety or outcome of the procedure.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse or postpone a service where there is a potential health risk, where the required information has not been provided, or where the Studio considers that the procedure cannot be performed safely.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their health.
7. Aftercare Instructions and Responsibility
Following the procedure, the client will receive aftercare instructions.
The client is responsible for following these instructions carefully and for contacting the Studio or an appropriate medical professional if unusual symptoms or complications occur.
The Studio shall not be held responsible for undesirable results, infections, delayed healing, fading, irritation, allergic reactions, or other complications caused by:
- Failure to follow the aftercare instructions;
- Touching, scratching, or interfering with the treated area;
- Unauthorised treatments or interventions;
- Exposure to sunlight, seawater, swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, or tanning beds;
- Use of unsuitable cosmetic or medical products;
- Poor personal hygiene;
- Individual reactions of the client’s body;
- Failure to disclose relevant health information.
The final appearance and healing process may vary depending on the client’s skin type, lifestyle, health, and individual biological response.
8. Intellectual Property and Website Content
Tattoo designs, drawings, sketches, illustrations, and other creative works produced by the Studio’s tattoo artists may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the client may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, provide to another tattoo artist, or otherwise use a custom design created by the Studio without prior written permission.
All website content, including texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, visual elements, and website design, is owned by or licensed to the Studio.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the Studio’s prior written consent.
9. Photographs and Videos of Completed Work
The Studio may photograph or record completed tattoos and piercings for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other marketing purposes.
Where required, the Studio will request the client’s consent before publishing materials in which the client can be identified.
The client may object to the publication of photographs or videos by informing the Studio before or during the appointment.
If the client submits an objection after publication, the Studio will review the request and, where reasonably possible and legally required, remove the relevant material within a reasonable period.
The Studio may use close-up photographs of the completed work where the client cannot reasonably be identified, subject to applicable data protection and privacy laws.
10. Website Availability and Limitation of Liability
The Studio makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the website is accurate, secure, and available.
